This ensures our customers a secure transaction, fast logging of payment, and a convienent way to pay with credit card, echeck, or paypal funds. Instructions: To use this Instant Pay system just click on the link below. This will
take you to paypal.com where you can enter the amount you wish to
pay.Once you make a payment using the paypal system, please send CRC
Realty an email so we know you have made your payment. Include name,
address, and rent amount paid. ***ATTENTION***IMPORTANT***ATTENTION*** When using paypal to pay your rent you MUST include a 3% fee. This is not a fee CRC Realty is profiting from. This is the fee we are charged by Paypal per transaction completed. Please see chart below for a quick reference guide. If you do not add the Paypal surcharge fee of 3% to the total amount paid when using Paypal to pay your rent, you rent will not be considered "Paid In Full" and you will be charged a late fee by CRC Realty.
